This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for software products, working closely with clients and internal teams. It is an opportunity to develop skills and gain hands-on experience in a corporate software environment, specifically requiring knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MRI software products
• Be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with a wide range of questions and technical issues
• Analyse complex software issues

Qualifications

• Existing knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Practical experience applying these skills within the Education sector is preferable
• Creative and curious troubleshooter
